I had a pipe burst in April- My water bill went from $38- $300 because of this. Told by Aqua to submit plumber receipt and I will be reimbursed.
still not reimbursed 4 months and 50 phone calls later!! I keep getting the run around when I call. I am always told I will get a phone call back but never get anything. Every time I call them, The customer service reps.
seem clueless and rude and say they see no notes in the system. $300 is a lot of money to my middle, working class family! Instead of favoring shareholders look out for the good of the public!
Do the right thing, Aqua!!! sincerely , a very disappointed customer
