I made my payment in August due to a payment arrangement. Very inexpensive, only $106.00.

My water bill is very low. So why was my water cutoff for nonpayment and the bill was $216.00 because I had to pay a $50 reconnection fee? It was supposed to be $75. There was no notice of potential shutoff, no phone call - nothing!

Just a note after they cut the water off. I called immediately to ask the poor collection customer service person did she see my payment and her answer was, Yes but you didn't call in. I told her the representative previously informed me that I did not have to call in, the $75.00 will automatically be back on plan. She put in some weird case to pull the conversation - good.

In the meantime, I have no water and I paid the entire bill of $216.00 - wow! Couldn't even get a phone call for such a small amount. It's now, 9:55am, and still no water and no apology.

Worse customer service ever!!! You are on hold for 4 minutes or more on the phone - ridiculous!

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $50.

Preferred solution: Full refund.
