Very rude people who obviously are not empowered to do anything but

read a script and say no. I live out of state and had changed over to my

name for approximately 6 months which I paid each month. In September

the property was sold and I notified Aqua that the sale date was 9/11/15 and I would like the final bill. I had just received a bill for $14.00 so I made my check out for $20.00 thinking that would cover the difference. No one had lived in the house for the 6 months hence the low amount of the bill. When I received another bill for $33 and change I called again to ask why the bill was so much and reiterated the home had been sold in September. The person I spoke to said I hung up before they could get information. I never just hung up but they did

not do a final bill until mid-October. Called two more times was never

told they had received my payment and not one person was interested

in anything. Obviously they are not allowed to do anything to assist the customer or even express empathy. Obviously, some training and

also some empowerment should be done with your staff.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
